Tonight - first street car only test n tune of the season at PRP

Awesome weather, starting in the mid 60s, will be mid 50s at the end, should be some quick times being put down. My junk is still down, but I'll be there leaning on the fence.

I was ready to come but a side job that paid enough moola kept me away. Being broke at the track would have been preferable to hand digging a ditch through clay......argh.....

Was maybe 50 cars, tops, which surprised me some, given how perfect the weather was. Had to be 12 passes, if you wanted to take them all. Even had a long clean up, '71 240Z with a turbo'd 4.8 kicked a couple rods before the finish line, on a 9.28 pass. He did a great job keeping it off the guardrail and from going into the left lane. I hope the weather is good for next Friday. Sounds like a lot of folks are gearing up for it, including the Supra folks.

Too much money for all the more I'd use it personally. But if I had it everyone becomes your friend and doesn't want to pay squat. My neighbor lets me borrow his in exchange for car maintenance I do for him.....perfect scenario. Maybe with the new job I'll buy one of those Teramite backhoes.....they are plenty strong, all over the place used and easy to maintain.

Besides, it was only about 12' long.
