One time I order parts from Summit and they switch up shipping on me and use UPS. Now they have been using FedEx everything for last few years and I always get my stuff the next day. Now I order some Strange struts and UPS decides to make a normal one day shipping into a four day ordeal. Hell i would have driven to Summit after work yesterday just so I could have them to install tonight.
Guess I won't find out if a slightly longer strut will help with my weight transfer this weekend

My favorite trick they pull is when they DONT tell you, but ship it from Nevada via a turtle instead of out of Ohio because they didnt have stock.
I use Jegs most times anymore, a few pennies more most imtes, but they havent screwed me (yet).

I also never have a problem with ups. If I order before noon I always have it the next day. I bet it was shipped from Nevada.
i have only had something shipped from fedex 3 times....only recieved one item.....
ups has broken into my house to deliver something...and broke it throwing it in my door....but every other time ive been ok. ups been delivering my stuff from LMM

long story short dude was pissed i wouldnt sign for my neighbors package and the next day i got one. i was in the shower and they popped open my screen door, and opened the door, threw the box on th kitchen floor...breaking my Saleen tails for the 95. i went down and complained and they denied it all, me being in shower couldnt prove it. so i had to ge the $$ from the insurance.
that really sucks! I would have been ticked!

Well got back from Summit. Took a quick trip after work to exchange the broken strut. I just didn't trust a replacement being shipped out and it showing up broken again. I think I was in and out of Summit in 5minutes. Seems 5:30-6pm is a slow time before their evening rush.
Plus it was a sweet sunny day for a nice road trip
