Revolution Auto Tune + Full Bolt On 2011 Coyote MT-82

Took the coyote to Revolution Auto in Rosedale, Maryland for a custom dyno tune on the 21st of May. The three overlays are the baseline vs. 93 octane tune vs. E85. Avg. power and torque production were the focus. Will re-dyno @ Wolfpack Speed soon to assess most current mods.

What is needed to run E85 in these cars? Is it worth it for the power gains? Also interested in the drivability with the 93 tune.

Drivability is spot on Troy. It does consume more fuel but the cost of E85 is less than Sunoco 93. Avg. fuel economy has dropped from around 17-18 to 12-13 MPG.

Kooks mid length headers, off road H, JPC over axles, GT500 axle back, Dynotech driveshaft, Accufab 84.5mm T.B., JLT carbon cold air.

    Larger injectors and a tune.

16 peak rwhp and 11 peak ft.lbs. (and the average picked up from about 4,000 rpm to the test shut off point) of torque would be hard to find at the point I am at with it. The next move could have been an intake/T.B/cold air swap(Close to $1,500 in that and it would require a tune for optimization) and that could have bolstered the peak h.p.( and close to it) some but at the sacrifice of mid range torque.

Tune is a 10 out 10. Improved throttle response, nannies sent packing, rev limiter increased, part throttle characteristics factory like, e.g., no surging.

What did it dyno in stock form?

Good data...seemingly very impressive gains from an exhaust and tune.

Never dynoed it in stock form. From what I gather a manual will *usually* generate 365-375 SAE on a dynojet. 400 ft.lbs. @ approx. 3,400 rpm and close to 400 h.p. @ 5,000 rpm is the reason the stock manifold remained under the hood.

Maybe 121 on the trap and 11.2-11.4 Be nice to get some lightweight wheels and a decent tire on the back. Only suspension mod on it so far are BMR lower control arms.
