lol - did anyone read the article in the second picture?
223 hp at 4000rpms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
992hp at 6700rpms...
let me check my dictionary - pretty sure this is in there under dyno-queen............ compeltely unuseable power.... in a race, this car would probably get obliterated by many varieties of vehicles with 1/2 the power

Might seem humorous, but thats why I can speak to it. On an avg weather day, My TA had about 3K of strong RPM's and the tq curve was much flatter. I dont have a graph in front of me, but it made much more tq at lower rpms and quite a bit less at peak - and even IT was difficult to hook it up on 16" wheels and ET Streets. To counteract it, the car was geared very tall.... that helped some but still wasnt easy
so thats why I can make such a bold statement and can speak confidently thay gaining 800rwhp in 2500rpms isnt very useful. Can you?

If im 100% honest tho, I'm just stirring the pot - trying to bring some excitement to this place and back up my statement in Mike's thread about why this place is dead.... so since nearly no one took the bait, either I'm wrong and that wont spruce the place up, or everyone knows my statement above was true (at least partially)

What's easier to hook up...250 hp at 4000 rpms...or 600 hp at 4000 rpms? Maybe he had the boost programmed to come in like that to "help" him hook?

Carburetors and SAE wrenches.................
Buy Made in the USA - It Matters.
If by tons you mean 1 when it was first finished and 1 each time I sold it, then ya...................
And no I'm not shy about my lack of caring for the strip. Just interested in having fun in my daily trips.
But then again, I don't have thay kind of power anymore bc there was no point, and the vette with 250rwhp less is a 10x better car....
So its hardly hipocritical, and your argument has zero merit
