This makes me wonder... Loved Harrison before, but lets face it... a 36 year old outside LB doesn't sound ideal.

We are thin at LB and he will just be a backup. He knows the system. Not ideal, but better than starting from scratch.

Yeah. For him, for us Steeler fans, I hope it works out. I am firm believer you have to give something to get something in all aspects of life. I guess the Steelers would rather give up some athleticism for experience. Just makes me wonder why no other teams had any interest in the guy a month ago.

If we are bringing in experience, wish they would stop waiting around and sign Champ Bailey too!

Plus he can be a mentor for the younger players in helping them master the defense. I think it's a good move. Has he lost a step? Maybe. I guess we will see Sunday. I remember reading an article in the preseason that said he was in the best shape of his career when it was rumored he was coming back with Kiesel. He'll it's a one time thing that also shows him retiring from the team he should've as well. As for his domestic violence charges. They were dropped when he took responsibility for it and got help.

It makes sense. Sign him like Harrison for a low price for the rest of the season. I don't care if the steelers become the nursing home of the NFL as long as they're winning games. Are these maybe taking a spot of a developmental player? Maybe. But I think it's more beneficial right now.

Last Sunday gave me new hope for this season. Haven't seen us put an ass-whoopin on a good team in quite a while.

I kinda like Harrison back. Knows the system and who knows. Maybe he has a little more left in the tank. Hell look at Keisel, playing more than he was suppose to and making things happen.

Champ Bailey, hmm never thought of him but why not.

Not much of a shocker. They do play like crap against bad teams. Every single year. Least they played well enough to keep my attention till end. Unlike Ravens game that I turned off middle of 3rd quarter.

Truly amazing how well Harrison has played. He dominated the first round pick Fisher in yesterday's game. This week's game vs the Bengals for the division crown! Hopefully Denver puts an ass-whoopin on them tonight!

On a side note...Seattle looks almost unbeatable right now. Russell Wilson is playing his best football and their defense is the best in the league...by FAR.

I seriously doubt any AFC team wins Superbowl this year. Patriots I think have best chance. Steelers might make it as far as AFC Championship game but that is it. They are not beating Pats or Broncos unless they play some seriously good ball. Seahawks are just scary good and the Cowboys look good. Not sure wth happened to the Packers.
