Even though it isn't yours anymore you can always be proud of that car. Simply AWESOME!

1966 Coupe - 331 stroker - Bullet custom roller cam - cam and motor installed and dyno tuned by Rodeheavers Hot Rod - Astro A5 - McLeod RXT - 486 to the wheels - more fun than my little tires can handle

Congrats to Brad the new owner of my former TTSaleen project!
Brad made it to Dragging Rights today and made his first ever dragstrip pass in the car.

1st pass - Left easy, lifted before 1,000 feet.
    On the brakes ran a 10.70 @ 107.

2nd pass - Left easy, tires started hazing top of 2nd and 3rd gears.
Banged out a 9.93 @ 148 mph on the exact same tuneup I ran at Darlington, SC 2 years ago! Pump gas only (93 octane) and 17 pounds max boost.

Big SHOUT-OUT to Fastlane Motorsports for building such a bad ass combination that literally ANYONE can hop in and drive but still have the power to run like this one does!

    Awesome job guys!

Yes the car has always trapped between 145 and 149 mph on pump gas with just under 17.5 pounds of boost depending on the track conditions.
None of those runs have ever been very clean from start to finish.
On the 2nd run this past week, the car was moving towards the centerline due to it starting to haze the slicks. Track was cold (40 degrees) and not any prep work going on past the starting line.

I can only imagine what the car would do on a hooking track with about 25 pounds of boost and a tank full of C16 gas.
