I believe there is a guy on this board who did that with a stock 5.0 if you need any help.
OEM turbo cores need to come off as well with minimal down time.

You will see a nice increase from the porting of the upper and lower IM.
I snagged a BoostLogic Manifold, TB Extention Harnesses and the required Upper Intercooler Piping for a good price
Def shooting for a stock turbo 9.9 run once it cools down.
I'm getting talked into SIR USM Turbos over just the Stage 1s.
That at would definitely be an off season ordeal.
You could save some money and just buy a timeslip off seer.
