    Fiero 3800 Turbo Part II

I had a pretty long build thread on UGH about my fiero. Last year I made 1 pass and ran a 10.7@132 but I lifted. This winter I'm changing some stuff up on it.

Here was my parts list before:
    L67 3800 V6
    Precision billet 6262sp turbo (.68 t-4,4" anti-surge)
    Precision billet wastegate 50mm
Tial q blow off valve 50mm
Turbonetics style regulator top port boost controller.
    ZZP SS powerlog
    DEI T4 turbo blanket
    DEI header wrap
    Stattama ST2 Camshaft
    Rollmaster double timing chain
    PAC 130# valve spings
    Titanium modified retainers
    Viton valve seals
    Siemens Deka 60# Injectors
ZZP 4T65E (HD) Transmission with ALL the goodies
    ZZP aluminum trans pan cooler
    Meziere Billet Flex Plate
    ZZP 245mm Torque Converter - 2750
    Deatchwerks DW300 fuel pump
    ZZP mini-afc
Meziere electric waterpump (to replace the motor's water pump)
    Meziere intercooler waterpump 20gpm
    eBay big a2w intercooler
Series III na uim and lim, zzp tb adapter
    ZZP HV3 insert
Velocity stack with 6" air filter
    New ac delco coils/wires/ignition module
    phonedawgz wiring harness
    AEM wideband
    Autometer boost gauge

    This years updates are:
    Precision 6466 DBB turbo (t4 .96)
ZZP Aluminum Heads, 1.96 intake 1.57 exhaust valves, 150# springs
    ARP Head Studs
Surge Tank with Dual Deatchwerks DW300 fuel pumps (parallel)
    Bosch 127 lb Fuel Injectors
    E85 (was running 93)
    EP 4T80E

My horsepower estimate last year based on trap speed was around 550, I hope to get it to 750 this year.

love this car. How did the 6262 spool before? What are you expecting with the new bigger turbo?
    Curious as I'm currently running a 6665 turbonetics, .81 a/r

the 6262 spooled instantly, I want the 6466 to come in a bit softer. It should still spool quick though since e85 produces more exhaust, and this one is ball bearing.

I've heard from the GNX crowd, as well as the 3.8 ford crowd, the 6262 will spool like a hammer. Mine is a bit laggy, but I could really use some head work.

This car is no joke guys. Tom did awesome work and it looks like he is going to push it even harder with his new build list. I can't wait to see it finished!

Just noticed that our runs are in that first vid. I want some door to door runs from you and I think with your new build we will have some. That will mean you can run door to door with that Dodge R/T.

What all is needed internally for the 3.8 to withstand that kind of power? Car looks good going down the track.

Ruthless, your car is in the first video at about 1:20. I don't know how you get so much traction in that thing! The first race I loaded the torque converter and got decent traction and only lost by a car or 2, 2nd I tried not loading the converter and lost by a good bit, and the last one I used the anti-lag, blew the tires off and got half tracked. That, the GTR and the beetle in one day was the most fun I had at the FLDs.
