Don't have one but, I know that if you go to the dealer and ask nicely, they usually will either let you borrow a book or scan whatever you need.
We did this when I worked at Domination and we were putting a 4.6 4v in a Factory Five car. Just borrowed the wiring books for a week.

I can tell you from experience with my 05 that there are a few different ones for that year. Be careful. I had a pain in the A** time finding one. Not sure why there were so many variants of the computer but It was not an easy find. Sorry I can't help you more with the differences.
