Craigslist 1982 Mustang GT with T roof and 351 Cleveland

    http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/4863994268.html

I have seen this on Craigslist for about two years. You would think a 351 Cleveland 82 Mustang GT with T roofs would sell. Does anyone know who's car this is?

I always feel like a car worth it's price will sell rather quickly. Remember seeing a price on this car a while ago for like 5k or something stupid like that.

I really think that a 351 Cleveland foxbody would be cool. Needing a transmission takes a few dollars off of the price. I can not understand why someone would not clean the vehicle up for the pictures. Your trying to sell a car don't you want it to look good?

The list of the items on the add showed the guy put a lot into it. You do that much work to a Mustang wouldn't you put a transmission in it to get $5000 instead of selling it as a project?

My heart says throw a 5 speed into it lol!

The fact I am commenting in a curious state says I really like the car but I don't understand why the incomplete package is being offered? Complete it should be a kick ass car! Light early foxbody with a 351 Cleveland!

Based on how dirty the car and engine bay are, I think the mods were done in 83.

It has been for sale for a while.

I agree. The pictures were pretty bad and the car is filthy in the photos.

Back on Craigslist again with a lot more build up pictures. This really looks like a cool car that had a lot of work done to it PLUS a 351 Cleveland is a potent PONY. Why would you not fix a transmission and throw some better wheels and tires on her and get a decent price for her? You can throw a 351C in her and not R+R a transmission Just my opinion but I think this could be a COOL car to own!

She looks like a nice starting point. 351C swap is the hard work. She is a carb so everything is simple! Throw a 5 speed in her with a 351C and she is a beast. I wonder if the guy lost interest? T roofs are an extra cool feature!
