    Question Waving power line?

So this morning I look out the window and see a power line (maybe cable TV, not sure) wiggling continually. I guess oscillating is a better word for it. No apparent outside force. No wind.
Anybody have thoughts as to why it's doing this?

Pretty neat. There's probably some wind up where it's at.

For anyone who cares (I'm guessing no one), it's a second fundamental frequency since there's a node (point of zero deflection) in the middle. The weight of the snow lowers the frequency from where it would normally resonate since it adds mass without changing stiffness.

Okay then, back to less dorky things.
