Regarding food: I'd be up for a lunch before the rental. The smaller thinks like nachos and pulled pork sandwiches would be a good snack through the day.

I'll have my F-150 w/ trailer ready to roll at home.....20 minutes away. I've had to call for it to tow the Ranger home a couple times. Heck.....may just cut out the crap and bring the Ranger on the trailer......you know....just in case someone else needs a tow home.

Eh, I have on multiple times called the wife to bring me the truck, went home got my tie down stuff, went and borrowed my buddies trailer, and been back to the track and loaded before they close :D :D :D I've got the routine down now ....

Turn 2 step down 500RPM @ track rental to keep car from exploding.

Haven't hit the cutoff yet--I'm not sure when it will be, but would love to see your car there (looks great)! If you'd like to plan for it, make sure to submit payment to GOV. Payment info is on the first page I believe. Hope to see you there!

I might go to learn some pointers I have a hard time starting out hard in first gear without instant wheel spin. Second gear the same. I just need to learn the right way to launch the car.

that is probably the biggest benefit for new drivers, being able to learn what to and how to do it with no pressure. the track and others here will help you with the learning curve
