Is this for 2 lanes? I remember a PRP rental we tried to get going a few years back and they said they would only do 1 lane.

Maybe 1900 is for a single lane, and 2700 is both with prep?

post #70 from other thread is only time I mentioned ballpark costs. not looking to make any $, just looking to cover everything

it is a flat fee. 1 car or 100 cars, makes no difference.

here is the ballpark - high 2k for a Friday or over 4k for a Sunday

like I said still working on final details

let me know what you guys want to do. if you want to go somewhere else that is ok by me and I will plan a separate event at prp on a different date

Count me in. My Stang is semi-steetable. With a solid roller in it, I don't put many street miles on it. I like the idea of making more passes than a T&T. At my age {75} I need all the practice seat time I can get.

I'm happy to see they apparently changed the costing structure on their rentals. It USED to be like mentioned, $XXXX for one lane to 300', +$XXX for 1/8th, +$XXX for two lanes, etc., etc., etc. .... They also had the price structured that the base price up to 10 cars worked out to $100 / car, then added about $100 / car over the 10 ... basically no matter how you sliced it, it cost that. I think that sort of went into place after Mikey had a rental and the turnout was better than some events :D :D

PJ - I know you're already working on spectator admission - just want to ask again as I know at least one of my girls wants to come.

Also - is the cost per car or per driver?

If it rains do we still have to pay, can we reschedule, or are we just out the $$?

Thanks for putting this together. I'm definitely looking forward to it.

Pretty sure that was 2012 and before, before Greg took over as track operator with the 2013 season.

I also would like to know about spectator entry fees, as my wife and son asked if they could tag along.
