Track rental call out with wager for Philly SRT4!! The bet is Public Embarrassment!

So Philly and I have been jawing back and forth regarding who's ass shall be dragged at the upcoming track rental between his coyote and my 98 WS6. the gentlemans rules have been hashed out, such as no surprise power adders, so I propose fastest time of the rental is the winner. The loser has to keep this plate frame on his car for a month, starting at the rental, and has to periodically provide pictures of the car with frame in clear sight at different locations. Prefer with people pointing and laughing! So Philly, you down!

However, if you lose you cannot sell your car for 30 days. Just sayin'

Other than that, having the faster MPH lowers the penalty by 7 days.
