That was with a fair amount of wheel spin too.

Edit: My car made less torque. Our numbers are basically flipped. I made 375 hp/345 tq.

I was thinking the 5 speed stuff was from me too. That shifter looks like what I had (was on a Steeda tri-ax), but I honestly don't remember who got all that stuff.

Glad to see you still rocking the 6. I miss mine occasionally. It was fun to see people's reactions.

you're right, the 5 speed stuff was from you as well. Looking back, I should have bought that g-force trans as well. oh well

the reactions are great though. Everything from "wtf is that?" to "Thats kinda cool" to "why the hell would you buy/build a v6 mustang?".
I've had people at norwin hills count the cylinders before. It is pretty hilarious

I bet a more aggressive camshaft would wake this up a lot.

    it could use one, yeah.
If this motor lets go I'm either building a 4.2, or putting something else in it. Or parting it out, lol. I don't think I'm quite ready to let it go yet though

well. update. This is my pile of parts that I had/have.

    Those boxes included -
    -new oil pan gasket
    -new motorcraft coil pack
    -bilstein front struts
    -new corbeau seat covers
    -mm coilover kit
    -upr tubular a-arms
    mm caster camber plates
    - not in the pic, I have a set of eibach rear springs from a 94 vert as well

forget to download the rest of my snap pics, and didn't take normal pics. but here you go.

cc plates in - don't mind the fact I forgot the washers under the bushing plate - I fixed this later. These are a pain in the ass to install btw. Drilling through the strut tower sucks, and I had to open the hole up with a dremel because I didn't quite get it lined up right initially.

    one side all together

I ran into an issue with this as well - the UPR A-arms apparently use fox body ball joints. They are different from 94-04 cars. You need a spacer for the ball joint, or else the spindle won't seat the whole way down and you run out of threads. Did not know this until my buddy told me. I had to pull both sides back apart, after I spent like an hour trying to hammer the passenger side on the hub the whole way down.

It may not look that low, but my front bumper is REALLY low. I kind of want less wheel gap still though.

After I got done and washed it off quick.

I still have to take it and get the oil pan gasket changed, and get the seat covers on.
The drivers side wheel is also making a grinding/squeeling noise. I'm not sure if the coilover is rubbing something, or if my brake is hanging up.

Car still needs an alignment as well. Although it isn't too far off.

Looks good. Just an FYI... Did you clearance the top pinch weld seam away from the coil spring in the upper mount point of the strut? If not you will end up with some noise from the springs rubbing in that area. If you are not sure what I am talking about, jack the front of the car up and pull a wheel. Take your hand and feel up in the area where you slid the top of the strut where you slid it into the CC plate. It will be on the out side facing the back of the wheel. There is very little room between the coil over spring and the seam and will need some extra clearance.

Oh and if you ever take the struts back out don't forget to take the pressure off the springs with the spanner wrench. lol

I did clearance it, but it might still be rubbing. The mm kit comes with a little tool to bend it up.

The noise seems to only happen when the car is rolling so that is partially why I'm thinking it is brakes.

Maybe the dust shield got tweaked and is rubbing the rotor?

The springs will rub on bumps and when turning the steering wheel. Any other noises and I would look at other areas.
