Yeah I'm missing out on racing season currently.
Something is currently up with the car. Runs like poop and refuses to build any boost. Getting angry at this point. Going to try to calm myself down and slowly go over everything to make sure it is correct.
First step is to remove my manual boost controller and see if gat changes anything.

Well, another update. Car has me at my wit's end.
Will not build a single pound of boost.
Have checked - intercooler pipes, wastegate, blow off valve, vacuum leaks.
Sent some data logs to Tim, engine builder, and a friend with a similar setup car.
Everyone agrees something is wrong but nobody can really determine what.
Not sure what to do next. Check compression on the motor maybe.
I'm pretty close to sending the whole car back to the engine builder.
Issue is his shop is in northern Ohio. I'm in South Carolina.
Don't own a truck or a trailer.

Has to be something simple. Vacuum line on BOV, waste gate hanging open? What controls your boost?

You changed the gate spring ...
did ypu loose the fire ring, damage diaphragm, etc? Most likely issue there is the fire ring or bent the shaft so it won’t seal.
Agree with others, it has to be something fairly simple. Does the car seem to run ok otherwise? If so, it seems like it would have to be something with the waste gate or BOV.

Wastegate diaphragm and fire ring are intact.
Blow of valve is staying shut.
Cannot feel anything coming out of gate or blow off valve at idle or with revs.
Car runs and drives but not well.
Doesn't show more than 50% load on the datalog even at WOT.
Turbo has no shaft play and spins both with my hand and with the car running.
Vacuum is all correct.
Engine builder agrees something is wrong. Doesn't know what.
Verified all my intercooler stuff is attached.
Car feels like it hits a wall trying to make boost.
Boost Lab says if the turbo looks fine and spins it shouldn't be an issue.
Basically just getting the run around from everyone.
I'm thinking valve train issue.
Tim and I were talking and it is almost like the car isn't moving enough exhaust pressure to spool the turbo.
No exhaust leaks that I've noticed.

Do u have a flex joint between headers...maybe it collapsed? Those things suck.

Cam* - this is OHV v6 junk. I'm going to verify my cam synchronizer is installed correctly tonight.
Yes turbo spins. It doesn't spool up though. Almost like there is not enough exhaust pressure to spool it. Which I'm thinking may be related to a valvetrain problem.
