Take turbo off and check that the gasket is not blocking the flow?

Well, after doing all kinds of diagnostic work.
Car is getting shipped back to the engine builder...

Verified wastegate, cold side piping, blow off valve. Re did cam synchronizer timing.
    Even tried another turbo.
Compression test reads 120 on all cylinders, which engine builder agrees seems low.

Pretty bummed out. Hopefully this will get taken care of and I'll actually be able to drive the car before summer is over.

Hate to hear that. I was hoping it was something simple. Let us know what he finds.

I was hoping so too, and everyone kept telling me it was something stupid.

Compression test shows 120 ish on all 6 cylinders. Which being even is good, but low. Should be seeing 150-160 on a brand new motor, plus the fact that it won't spool my turbo.
Engine builder thinks it may be an issue with my cam.

Well. Update. Car has been at engine builder's shop for about it a week.
So far - a couple loose grounds.
    And this -
    received_1032932750200185.jpg

Not sure how the hell that happened.
Welded the intercooler up and it makes boost now.
Attempting to tune it now, but he said the fuel pressure is being weird. Spikes to like 60 psi and holds it there.

    Agreed.
We are having some other issues as well, but so far the car made 427 spinning on the Dyno at 13.5 lbs.
He is really busy and says he is not sure if he has time to fix a few things that should probably be fixed

    Well, another update.

Intercooler blew another weld apart so we are officially scrapping it.
Ordered a treadstone 1235 intercooler that is 3.5" core. Almost ordered the 1245 that is 4.5" but probably overkill, and it is on backorder.

Also changing to a tial Q 50 mm blow off valve to replace my turbo XS RFL that is maybe only 30 mm.

Turbo is going to be pulled to see if the drain needs re routed or the seals are bad (again). He said the turbo smokes like crazy and is leaking.

Yes mine is Tredstone, best of the economic intercooler in my mind ....

cant remember part number and I think they changed their system anyway ... it’s a basic 3” core, 12” high, 28” core length, 3” in and out
