Sounds good. Thanks for the info. Hopefully I'm able to make it and see what it's all about. Maybe even try my hand at it while I'm there.

I think I will. Weather seems ok this weekend so that's a plus. I'm pretty sure I'm free sunday as well.

Yeah, just bring supplies as the day is long. Also, recommend sunscreen (I burn kind of easy lol) and comfortable shoes as you'll have to work the course. Working the course is really easy, you just have a section that you're responsible for resetting if a cone gets knocked down, and you'll need to flag the result (whether it should be a penalty or not) to the time keepers.

There's always a walk through of everything and don't worry, if you have a question afterwards or at any point just ask someone. I'd also recommend walking the course a couple of times before runs start (this is very common) to help familiarize yourself with the course. You can also ask to ride with someone if you'd like an in-seat view. It's a good time if you've never attended one.

It's one of those things that sounds really dull, looks kind of dull from the sidelines, but is an absolute blast inside the car. Most people that go with me are kind of lukewarm about it until they get a ride, then they want to go to them all of the time.

thanks for the info! you and I both know the sunscreen isn't really needed by me though lol

are you going to be there sunday? if so maybe i'll just find you in the morning when I get there and let you show me the ropes. I mean the GT-R is Z's big brother lol

also I went on their website last night and read over a lot of their stuff on the site and it's very interesting and informative. if I go, race, and like it i'll probably end up getting a membership.

I want to come but realized I don't own a helmet and its a requirement :(

Just curious what class would I be in? 370z with just breather mods.

    There are usually loaners.

Probably SM (street mod) or BSP, wouldn't worry too much about it they will class you when you register.

Not 100% on the loaner helmets but I'm pretty sure they have them.

Would love to come out Sunday but my wife's aunt is flying in from Texas and we're doing brunch at the grand concourse on Sunday. Damnit. Next event is the same day as Pittrace track cross so I'll be out there.
