"Garza said the Corvette used in the Harris County sting was a private vehicle owned by one of the department’s deputies"

If they have good lawyers then the vids will not mean anything. Even with police issued speed recording equipment has to be calibrated every so often and if its not then the speeding ticket will be thrown out.

Even with that said I have always thought of these black boxes in cars being a bad thing.

Our Canadian friend specifically instructed us that the "que" is related to financial establishments and related transactions. So, I would guess that it is "BOX". However, if you were not supposed to be "loving" the brown BOX and were caught doing so it would negatively impact your financial position in life and could then be referred to as "boquxe"??

While I agree with you that it SHOULD not meet any sort of legal criteria, I think the law still favors the law enforcement officials in this case. I had an interesting conversation with my sisters boyfriend, who is a deputy sheriff in West Virginia, and some of the things that he had discussed with me regarding what and how he is allowed to issue speeding tickets makes me think that we, as the citizens, are more powerless in these situations than we would like to believe.

I completely agree with cracking down on street racing. However, this is just ridiculous. Get people that do this:

A 40mph-90mph roll, with no one around AND you participated in it, being a danger to the public? GTFO lol

I would run, but I would be screwed when I came upon a non-straight piece of road. They could probably catch me while I was jaqueing the car up to reposition it for the turn.

Sounds like that cop that high balled me as the call it. He rode my bumper in an unmarked car to the point where I got upset and floored it. As soon as I did that he turned his lights on and pulled me over.
