    That is interesting. If they would transfer and register the older plates why would they not do the same for classic/antique plates? Oh I forgot, they are Penndot.

    For anyone who is interested I bought a 1973 PA license plate off Ebay, sent the state a picture of it along with the fee of course, and 3 weeks later got the new owners card. It still says antique vehicle on it too. I like the way it looks better on that particularly car especially with the AMC dealer license plate frame.
