You're not doing the windstar intake from a u-pull it or equivalent? Thats an inexpensive place to start
I might do the windstar intake. I'll have to hit up a u-pull-it and see if I can round one up.

tmaturbo used to have a kit for that gen of v6 but I don't know if its still available. Google gives the message "this site may be hacked" in the search results so take that as you will.
Its been about 8 years since I looked at something like this, but if memory serves you can flip the headers and you only have to adjust one stud or something. It was relatively straightforward. From there the rest of the hotside was not hard to fab up.
It also wouldn't hurt to give the heads a gasket match port and polish. Not a huge gain but for what the materials cost it might be worth it.
I could use some ported heads.
You can flip the headers but you have to modify them a bit to clear the motor mounts.
Andy at tma turbo will still make you a kit if you pay him to.
My hotside is an old tma race kit.
