    Compact jump packs

Has anyone tried those new compact 400amp jump packs? I know a few people that have them and like them. I'm not sure if I want a compact one or just get a new 1200amp larger pack with all the outlets.

no personal experience, but from having used jump packs at work a lot, I will say the smaller amperage ones won't always get the car started depending on what the car is and how dead the old battery is

I got one of these for Christmas

I have used it to jump a car, inflate kids bike tires, charge the cell phone so far. it does lots more.

I wish I would have known you were having issues as I had it with me, I did see you near the end getting a jump from ron

Wish I had known that also..........I would have made more passes but didn't want to keep bugging Ron for jumps. When I got it fired up we'd hot lap three times then park for a while.

I already have a "need to bring" list for the next rental.

FYI, there are extension cords in lane 9 (the lane closest to Carmen's Cafeteria), if at the next track rental you need to plug a battery charger in.
