I can't say that I was disappointed. Actually I was very happy. It went 12.14 and 12.12 on back to back hotlaps. I didn't change a thing since last year and best it went was 12.25. Had I played with tire pressure I could have likely seen a 12.0 but the dang dead battery threw me off. My goal is 11's.....some way, some how.......with the 3.55's and vac carb. Seat time and some tuning will get it.

I didn't know you could rent ets, that would have been way cheaper than building the first car I saw in the junk yard.

Tell it to the guys who rented the Hertz Shelbys then took them directly to the drag strip!
This was from a track rental at Mason Dixon Dragway a few years back. That's my Focus on drag radials and a much smaller turbo. That guy really beat on the Shelby, but without drag radials he didn't run that great of times.

I have always loved those V's John. It was Caddy's first try at building a performance car since the Allante fiasco. Good luck getting her back together.

You couldn't have said it better. The funniest part for me is that the guy that built that car busted my balls for a 10.5s at 140mph shakedown run. Ah I don't see him running his mouth anymore. So childish of me to even mention it but this isn't directed at the cars owner.
