Any Full Size Bronco Guys In Here?

I'd like to pick one up before hunting season. It would be used as a weekend/towing a small trailer /hunting/ bad winter driver. It doesn't have to be perfect by any means. What are issues I should look for when searching. I've been talking to the guy who owns this one on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/221807913489?redirect=mobileIt's been repainted once and is rusting again at the typical places. He's the 3rd owner. Did a auto check on it and it's clear. Here's some undercarriage pics he sent me. It's rusty but it doesn't look gone but I dunno. Maybe I just need to someone to talk me out of a money pit lol uploadfromtaptalk1435359611168.jpg

There have been some amazing Broncos on eBay lately. '78 & up. Pricey but time capsules. Way cleaner underneath than the one above.
2014 GT Premium - Sterling Gray Metallic - MT82 - Track Pack - Glass Roof - Recaro seats - Spoiler delete
12.76 @ 114.04 bone stock. Koni yellow coil-overs, BMR watts, LCA and LCA relo brackets, Borla S-type axle back.

1966 Coupe - 331 stroker - Bullet custom roller cam - cam and motor installed and dyno tuned by Rodeheavers Hot Rod - Astro A5 - McLeod RXT - 486 to the wheels - more fun than my little tires can handle

Yeah I've been watching ebay like a hawk. I just want one that's not a rust pile. The Bronco on ebay I listed above went for 3k bucks. It was trashed. The truck above looks nice underneath. It has 145k on it but they said there's a discrepancy in the mileage on the car fax. Not sure if I like that. It also has rusty fluid blown all over the engine bay. uploadfromtaptalk1435450419952.jpg

I've given up on anything in PA/MD /WV This truck above looks pretty good underneath from VA. I'll look farther south as well. I'm not in a hurry so I can be picky unless I find a steal. I'm still gonna ask some more questions about the f150 above fom the dealership. That's pretty much what I want if I get a truck instead of a Bronco. uploadfromtaptalk1435465489054.jpg

I sold my '94 5.0 auto XLT 4x4 std cab long bed with bedliner and around 80k miles, matching cap, 31"tires for $4k. It had a little rust over the rear wheels and bottom of the front fenders. New front tank and lots of newer parts. If the truck you are looking at is very very clean I think it is a $6k truck if it needs nothing. 145k is a fair amount of miles.

I remember when u sold it. Too bad you aren't selling it now. I'll feel good around 2800-3,000 bucks . I ran an auto check on it. There is a discrepancy in the mileage but it looks like that when the registration was renewed when it was around 2 years old, they put it in as 135k instead of 35k. I can't confirm this for sure but it seems logical. 14 years later when 122k was entered with the registration it threw a red flag. I'll definitely play on this for the price though ;) it has higher miles but if it's in as good a shape as the pics I was sent I think it's worth it. Looks like it needs radius arm bushings. Surprise.

Well the green and white truck is sold. Couldn't get down there until next weekend and someone else hot it. This just popped up in the north Hills though. If the guy will negotiate the price I may take a look at it. Not much on the wheels but it looks pretty clean.

A little update and a question. I'm going to look at an 07 f150 tomorrow with the 5.4L in it. The truck only has 36k miles on it. Is the cam phaser issues that bad with these trucks that I should steer clear of it? Here's a pic of it. I'd be trading my 13 focus on it. uploadfromtaptalk1436843206251.jpg
