I like the black wheels (and I'm not a fan of black wheels)

with the set up pictured, he I, 8 speed auto, 3.92 gears, regular cab short bed, open trailer, and my Capri ...

i did did just over 15 MPG (like 15.1) to both Maryland (MIR) and Ohio (Norwalk) both running 65 mph plus both ways.

we just went to Rockingham North Carolina, down 79, 19, 77, etc ... Speed limit plus (79 and 77 at 70-75 mph) and did 14.9 for both ways.

truck just turned 6k miles on the way home. I simply couldn't be happier with power and mileage for what I tow. I really don't try to get mileage, I think it would do slightly better if I let it roll a little more, etc. I didn't plan any mods, but will like.y do a CAI and it desperately needs a muffler, it's too quiet.

^^that black short bed looks really nice

You can't beat the mufflex muffler deletes or the 14in muffler they have for the factory dual exhaust Rams. I put a delete on my dads ram in about 25min. Sounds awesome and fit perfect.

Most comfortable truck I have ever owned. I think most people's fuel economy claims are absolute bullshit, but it gets an honest 16-17 mpg pulling the Mustang on an open 2000lb. trailer at 68mph, got 12mpg trying to maintain 85-90 on the way back from Tennessee. Unloaded I get 17 driving with my foot on the floor most of the time, if I baby it I get 20 mixed driving.
With the hemi 5spd (crewcab) on the interstate (~20% city driving) i get 14 pulling a loaded car trailer, and 17 with no trailer. It does go up to 18-19 in the summer. I think the tires make a huge difference, I'm running a/t tires and when I first put them on it dropped my gas mileage by 1-2 mpg, but now that they are worn down it went back up. This is based on the screen in the dash, I dont actually compute it at fill ups so it could be off. I drive it pretty easy too, usually at the speed limit or 5 over.

I had a friend borrow it and when he came back the mpg was at 20, i think he hypermiled it lol.

Nice truck! If I was buying a new half ton, it would def. be a Ram. They have an Ignition one at West Liberty by my house.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

The motor in my ecoboost went with 20k on it. Just got it back but just too many problems out there with them. Left a bad taste in my mouth. My rental was a 2015 ram and i kinda liked it. Rode better and got better mileage than my ecoboost.
