    Hood is now in paint and cleared. This was probably the easiest prep job ever! It's obviously an aftermarket fiberglass unit and was painted white from the factory. Previous owner painted it with plastidip grey. I'd never encountered this stuff before. But like everyone says, this stuff just peels off!! The entire hood coat was off in five minutes and in one sheet!! I was amazed!

    Since the glass was straight and clean, we blocked it with 800 and shot it. It's drying now. I'll try to snap a pic before work tomorrow.

    Fire station is about 200yds down the road and hydrant is by the garage.........we should be good.
