I should call them too. My insurance company sucks! Every year I have a wood burner added back on to the home coverage and we don't have one installed. Just have a spare chimney in the event we want to switch from electric. I call every year and its the same drill, I have to send pictures for their adjusters. Then they just botched up our car insurance even after talking to them many times. A month later and the payment schedule I received last Friday is still not correct. They don't mind taking extra out that is for sure!
