    using 96-98 spindles

    would it be ok to use the 96-98 spindles if i plan to only run a 8" wide rim up front?

    i know people say you cant use them easily with 9" rim but if i plan to use a 17x8" wheel all around could the 96-98 front 5 lug setup be used? what about 99-04? same as 96-98?

    i read the sn95 brake stuff but dont recall seeing this answered.

    Shorter balljoint. Or just use the wheel washers like I did. Thats if your balljoints are good.

    Kinda, but not worth it. Washers are only 2 or 3 bucks.

    The problem that I hear is that you can notice that your front track is wider than your rear track and looks kind of weird from behind. I also heard if your car is lowered you going to have to roll your front fenders to keep them from rubbing after going over bumps. I used 95 spindles on my car and I only had to roll the back fenders when I lowered her.

    '96-04 is the same for spindle application.
    FMS has a balljoint that is the same as the Steeda X2 for almost 50% less. I'll try and find the PN for you. I think you'll be fine with the wider track of the '96 spindle if you're using an 8" wheel.
    Good luck, J
