WTB quad or Side By Side

Looking for a 4x4 ATV or UTV to use around my property... Don't want something that needs work or is beat to hell and/or was mudded and jumped all the time. I'd really like to find something that already has a winch and plow also, but that isn't a deal breaker depending on price. Prefer something that has a title also.

Budget is about $2500-3500 for a quad or maybe around 5k for a SBS.

Ideally a Polaris Sportsman or Polaris Ranger is what I'd like to find but am open to any of the main companies... Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, etc. Not interested in any knock-off brand machines.

I have a 2012 rizzly 350 4x4 for sale on Craigslist for sale for 3800 it's like new condition it's my wife's we bought it new and she only rode it a few times then decided she didn't like riding . Had about 3 tanks of gas threw it stored in garage all the time. Lemme know if ur interested can pm pics or whatever u wanna do.
