Thanks bud, hopefully by monday can bring truck inside and start building rest of setup
Hot side looks good man u do some nice work. A 6.2 otta be nasty with that turbo on it. That's gunna make one hell of a daily/tow rig lol. What kinda power u expecting to make with this one?
Ill be limited to trans and fuel pump..probably in spring or summer im gonna do a dual pump setup then see how far this trans goes...should easily make 800-900rwhp with this turbo but probably gate it for 10 psi which should make 675-725 rwhp
Love how your DD and Dak's DD are so similar.

For anyone that has been around a GMT800 truck and a GMT900 truck youll come to see theres a difference in the oil pressure between the two trucks, Gm thought it was a bright idea to swap in a pressure bypass to help keep oil pressure low. This has to be the dumbest thing around but with a DOD motor you need that control so since my truck is no longer DOD Ive removed the bypass and installed a plug
thanks, yea its not hard to make big power with a LS motor and with the mods I did to motor with correct turbo it would easily make 1000-1050 without breaking a sweat but dont care to turn this truck into a project
with high 6s low 7s I shouldnt have to worry about trucks on the highways, when it was a procharged truck at 500 tune I didnt have to worry then...this will be icing on cake for those coal rollers
Haha haha I personally love seeing a gas truck spanking on a disel. Usually unexpected which makes it even funnier. Is there any chance u could take 2 measurements off that turbo at the widest and tallest parts? That's theexact turbo I'm thinking about upgrading to and would like to see if I can fit it. Can't seem to find any exact measurements on the net.
roughly 9.5" wide
roughly 9.5" tall
roughly 11" long
around 50lbs
