    Tractor attachment--3pt mounted crane.

Used a free cherry picker and some brainstorming to make a three point mounted crane/cherry picker/pig pole/log skidder thingy. I'm also finishing up a set of DIY log tongs. It's a work in progress. I cut 12" out of the mast. Substituted a stiff bar in place of the cylinder for now. The cylinder will go back in place after I'm done tweaking the design. Did most of the work on Wednesday evening and rattle bombed it Thursday. Used it to carry a few things around so far and love it. I can see it being my "leave on" three point attachment. I may fill the mast and lower tubing with cement to add some ballast for the loader. That just popped into my head so I'll stew on it a while before making a move.

I'm mocking up a "bumper" to widen the frame work so when dragging or carrying something it won't get into the tires. Doubt anything would ever get that far out of shape but I have the material and enjoy welding.
