Dak - you should do a blog where you do a write-up for every bottle. Some background on the maker, detailed description of the drinking experience, price and availability, and then an overall rating. Heck - you already have a great photo for each! My brother in law did a blog where he reviewed a different beer every day for a year. It was a lot of work but he still enjoyed it. Nothing like having a good reason to drink every day!
