Looks like the one beside Harbor Freight, right? That's the store I will grab a couple of bottles at when I'm in PA. It's cheaper than WV.

Yep. It's an outlet store. According to PLCB website...

I've seen stuff in there that is NO where else in PA. Got a bottle of plain jane Buffalo Trace for 24.99. ;)
