Like I said, I don't know enough about wine... Wifey is the wino. She purchased this at the Westmoreland County "Premier" (PA LCB "licker" store for you - Sutyak) store behind the Westmoreland Mall. I did pick up some vanilla and smokey flavors,,, more so than run-of-the-mill cabernet.
