Looking to sell or trade my Tremec 3550 for a built auto.

Hey all. I've got the Tremec 3550 from my car for sale. Shifts great with no issues. Looking to go auto in the car with the turbo set up. This would be a good 5 speed for auto swap. Need the auto to hold about 600 hp though. Let me know if anyone is interested. Asking $1500 for the trans, clutch, Steeda Triax and billit flywheel. If I did a full auto swap with someone crossmember and aluminum driveshaft would go as well as all other supporting essentials. 20160119_142421.jpg

I was told it was rebuilt with Tko internals. If you look the 3550 and Tko 500 are virtually identical. It held the tq on mine just fine though.

I'd like a c4, but would be ok with something that will hold my car and give me the ability to add more boost later.

10 in and 28 out I believe. I'd have to go to the garage and check for sure.

No such thing aso "tko internals" they are all the same. If it's a 3550, I'll give you the $500 it's worth. Keep the flywheel.

It's either 10 spline or 26 spline. 10 is about $500 in used value. Can't determine condition without me taking it apart to verify how the slider assemblys are. Those are over $300 each my cost.

Thanks Rob, but I'll keep it for that. I'll just throw it back in and go 5 spd again. Nothing wrong with it...just wanted to go Auto with the turbo set up. It's fun as a 5 spd on the street.

Honestly, you would be better off with this transaction and the turbo set up. Factor in all the cost you would need for auto. Trans, flex plate, drive shaft, converter. A good stout kit for the Trans. ..you're better off with what you have.
