Carfax - is anyone able to run a look up for me ?

I came across the VIN # of one of my first Mustangs that I've always wanted to track down. I was able to find that a few years back it had a registration renewal in Uniontown I believe. Can't remember for sure how, but at the time got in touch with the current owner but wasn't willing to sell it. Just trying to see if it's still being registered and if so, if it's still local. I know there are some that have unlimited look-ups but I was trying to avoid the $40 fee just for a single look-up. I believe I've seen people asking before and was able to have it done.
