    I would absolutely do that. I figure anybody who has done any rock climbing would. You either trust the equipment or you don't.

    I used to say that I was afraid of heights when I was a kid. My old man worked as a pipe fitter at Clairton US Steel. Mr. I can climb 200 feet up a ladder with no harness and no safety barrell... always told me "No son, you're not afraid of heights, you're just not used to them". Well, I'm 40 f8ckin 4 years old and I STILL AIN'T USED TO THEM. F that noise. I'll go 120 on my Sportster with no helmet, but I ain't putting no roof on your house. :sticktongue:

    I can get behind that. Did roofing for a few years with my dad and the first couple were sketchy, but after a while a 35-40ft. roof was no big deal. Or standing 30 ft. up on a stage hanging siding was just a normal day.

    I'm getting worse with heights with age. I witnessed a guy fall right in front of me while working. Kinda changes the way you look at it.
