    wheels refinishing?

So I just got my shipment of new wheels and tires from American Muscle and one has 3 small chips in it. I sent pictures to American muscle as soon as I opened and filed a claim with there support team. My options were just deal with it and keep it ,but they will take money off after I get a written estimate to fix it. Or take the tire off the rim and send just the rim back and they will send me a new one and I have to get it remounted and balanced! And the guy said it could be damaged if they don't mount the wheel. So anyone know where I can get a written estimate to fix this.

That sucks. I bought a set of wheels from AM and had an issue with one wheel. They sent a replacement wheel/tire out to me that day.

I can't remember the name offhand but, there is a place in Carnegie that does wheel refinishing, right by where domination chassis used to be

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

It is probably cheaper to get a new one rebalanced than have a wheel re finished

I had a bmw painted silver wheel repaired that had curb rash by the guy below. He does all of P&W's work and he said he does other wheels as well. It was 100% perfect and he did it in two hours. He is off of Baum Blvd in a mobile trailer. Make an appointment and You drop it off and go have a long lunch and it will be done.

I could be wrong but I thought there was someone on this forum that did mobile wheel refinishing or something. Or maybe I'm thinking of something else. Idk.

Thanks for the number! It will run 135 to redo. American Muscle offered me 40 dollars back until I get an estimate. I hope they just replace it!

They said if the tire is not damaged its not there policy to take it back. They will accept the rim only. Im glad to just get a new rim!

I agree. Just need a place that cares when mounting a rim. I have 30 days to return cause they billed me for a new one till I return the damaged one. My car goes to Tim on Tuesday to get lowered and I want to be able to put these on!!! Maby there is a shop by Tim?

i would see if they will send you the $135 for refinish and just pocket the money.
