    New Garage

I have worked out of a rented space forever. It was small, not very closed up, but it was convent, and what I had. last November the elderly owner moved into an assisted living home and they told me by March the house would be for sale so I had to "get out"... I don't have a lot of space at home, but worked out enough to put in a 24x31 garage. We can give up the other rental we have for the convertible, and now have both toy cars here at home too ....

they came a me and put the building up today ... Was pretty dark when they finished, but it's up anyway

Nice Bob! Any plans to keep it warm in there? Professionally applied epoxy floor coatings are nice - and best done when a floor is new - before any spills.

no plans to do the floors, I'm not a fan of any of the epoxies. Heat to be determined. Right now I'm just thrilled to have a flat floor and a roof overhead.

Looks good... Where did you buy from? I've been looking into something smaller just to use as storage.

Awesome. I have been thinking about building a new garage and looking at these. originally I had thought about block like the one that is there now, but I wonder what the price difference is.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

It was just under $6k delivered and installed ... 8' walls, 24 X 21, 2 9x7 garage doors, 36" man door, box eaves. This is their heaviest steel options and certified. You can go online and they have configurations that will price it out

I could tell you exactly how much a block garage would cost you to build if you give me the dimensions, and height. Then compare the two.

Very nice, did that include the floor/concrete? I am so overdue for a building to house all my cars.

Dont waste your time .... Industrial epoxy floors, 6" poly Iso insulation, George thermal heat pumps, and lifts are not options, so it will never meet your standards.

In for company name as well. I'd like to get a garage and out of my storage unit in the near future. Seems like an affordable option. Did it just bolt to the pad or is it cemented into place?
