I'm going. I ran OneLap in '99 and '00. It was a much bigger lap in those days but the track action is probably even more intense now than it was then since the cars have become faster. The specialty built stuff that shows up is amazing... in those days I remember a 392 cid Ranger with 3 guys - 2 in front and one laying down in the bed as they drove around the country. There was an S10 Blazer body sitting on Corvette suspension with of course a Corvette engine... Steve Dinan was there with his wife's supercharged M3... and in those days lots of Mustangs too. We're early in the week, so we should get to see a pretty full field. I'll be there!

Rain is holding off. Lots of neat stuff here. Talked to the driver of a 1990 Shogun (1 of 7 built) with a Vortech'd 3.0 Yamaha V6. Very neat car.

Porsche 918 Spyder - running in the rain - gotta love it.

A serious GTR got cracked up earlier - ouch.

A Porsche 997 Turbo, an Ariel Atom, and a few GTR's are running lap times around 1:56 - 1:57. That seems pretty quick to me, considering most of these folks haven't driven this track before.

I have to look at the rules but from what I remember is my car should be pretty competitive. Think they have a musclecar class it would fit in. Just big $$$$ to run it.

Yeah, there are exactly two people I trust to drive with me and he is one of them. Haven't asked him yet. Have some time to figure it out anyway.

I did it in '99 and '00. Awesome experience, but fairly dangerous and brutal on the car. If you get serious let me know and I'll tell you some stories over a few beers.
