Damn, same weekend as NMCA Finals @ Norwalk. I always love these nights, great to run in front of a big crowd at home.
Hard part about the summer schedule, wanting to be in 2 places at once. Good show too, nice variety. Motz is always something to see in the jet Kenworth.
If you're coming up, consider running Trophy. Cheaper than spectator admission, and you get 3 passes at least (2 time trials and first round of eliminations)! You can go as quick as your car goes in the time trials, but for eliminations, the quickest dial in is 12.00.
Millerstown Pic A Part Trophy Class
(12.00 and slower. Footbrake only. NO slicks or open headers allowed.)
Credentials $20, winner receives a large trophy, R/U a small trophy. Re-entry $15. There MUST be at least 2 cars who Re-enter in order to have re-entries.
Maybe I will take a trip out that day. Might even run the Ram.

Let me know if we should save you a spot, Ed.
Just saw the Ohio Outlaw Gassers are going to be there too, they put on a helluva show. Can't wait for the weekend!
Yes, they do, super nice people too. This show line up is awesome.
Plan on coming down. Looks awesome. Dumb question. Do they have food and drinks for sale at the track for the event?
Yes Carmens Cafeteria has a great selection and it's tasty!
Carmen's is good food! On big events, there is usually a food trailer near the tower as well, with some really good pulled pork sammiches. You're also allowed to bring in your own food and drinks, including adult beverages, just no glass bottles.
While indeed there is food, if you are bringing kids, or are impatient, I suggest packing a picnic. Not to take anything away, but typically at these big turn out events, the lines are really long. I know at the street outlaws / street car night the waits was over 45 minutes at some points. It's not unique to Keystone, just when the place is packed the lines are long.
Anyone know what time things wrap up on Saturday? Is it after the fireworks?
It will end whenever the bracket racing eliminations end. It's not a test and tune, where there are start and stop times. Brackets are start and run til the classes have winners.
Big car time trials start at 3pm, 2 sessions, then eliminations start. The car count will most likely be up, so I am estimating around 6-6:30 for first round of eliminations. Bracket race stops for the show to run at its scheduled times, then picks up where it left off. Probably racing til 1-2am.
Thanks Chuck. Didn't want to show up late and only catch an hour or two of racing.

Was there to watch nate and gone.
Nate was def impressive - as always. I surprisingly enjoyed the gassers more than I was expecting too.
The Ohio Outlaw Gassers put on a heck of a show in my opinion. Was talking to the one driver of the green 41 Willys and said that the group has their engines detuned to around 1000HP on a safe tune so they have good side by side racing.
For me, the gassers were the best part of the show. Love the '40-41 Willys, my ultimate hot rod, the Crazy Grandpa Corvette is freakin' awesome. The sight and speeds of the jets are impressive, but I don't ever want to be in one, unlike the door cars.
