I saw the 10.36 from the purple hellcat. That is cool you let him use ur tires. Amazing how much that helped him out.

great time other than my drag radials cracking on my first pass, so I guess that makes my personal best in this zl1 13.3@ 77 mph because I let out around 600' and parked it after that:(
was great fun beating my friends Z06 in my uncles 6500# SUV (he was getting locked out of third every pass), so at least I can bust balls for that! Great event, thanks to all that made it happen. Maybe the ws6 will be ready by the next one

Black GT-R's taillights worked fine - saw a lot of them as I felt like I was flying in reverse.

Looks like everyone had a great time. Bummed I couldn't make it for the rescheduled date.

Thanks for the compliments, guys, just having fun up there, looks like you all had a blast, making a ton of passes. Some freakin' quick cars too! Nice to see Ricci C get into the 9s with the black Hellcat; I think he was chasing that at least all year.

Anyone hear what happened to Omar C in the black GTR? All I saw was a ton of smoke up top end.

Matt, you got me back by dancing when PJ came up for his first pass. Please never do that again. Oh, my eyes....

Bob, I'll counter your attack with my 3 piece camshaft, 3 piece crankshaft, and J shaped rod. :D

Spun really hard in 3rd gear the first 2 runs of the day and got a little sideways, but after that I waited 45 minutes or so until the track heated up and fortunately that didn't happen again.
Did you heat the tires some?

    Left the notch at home.

Had to keep lifting at the 1000' mark . It was on the limiter.

On the early runs I spin them for 2-3 seconds. Combined with the cooler temps early in the day I am guessing that wasn't long enough? But I did heat them up pretty good for 6 or 7 seconds on the last run when I ran 12.76. Safe to say they won't pass inspection next year! I need to get a set of drag radials but since I don't run often I will probably look for a used set...and some wheels too. Would be nice to get a set of the wider Brembo wheels to match - I think they are 10" - so I could run a wider track tire.

What it all comes down to is I need all the help I can get, so bring on the suggestions!

I did a longer burnout as you did on the stock P zeros. Mine had the 235 17" tire / wheel combo. What lane did you run the 114.04 mph in?

Left lane for the 12.76 pass. My next two bests that day ( 12.998 and 13.005 ) were in the right lane. Was one lane favorable? I saw you run a bunch of times in the right lane if I recall.

I only made 1 pass in the right lane. But I was a little slower that pass then the passes on the left. Six passes in the left lane my time ranged for 11.18 - 10.91, the one pas in the right was 11.34.
