    so finally made a little time to wrench on the bird. Fed ex dropped off some goodies from procharger. Replaced the bov with the correct surge valve. I was suspect of where the vacuum signal was being pulled from for the bov. I hooked the surge to the same place just as a test. Sure enough it didn't even get enough vacuum to pull the butterfly open. Installed the vacuum block from brute speed that pulls it from the big line going to the brake booster. Now surge valve working great. While I was poking around in there I found two t bolt clamps that were stripped out. replaced those plus three hose clamps that were mixed in there too. Now all t bolts and all tight. Check that project off
