fits TKO 1 , TKO 2, 3550, TKO500, TKO600.
I also believe it is correct for NP435, T-18, and T-19 new process or borg warner transmissions found in Ford Trucks. (been a while since I looked at the dimensions)
T-56 is different p/n...not sure if due to trans pattern or input shaft length.
