So update, saw the car this weekend.
Body isn't too bad. Couple scratches. Ding or two. Underneath is average.

Interior isn't great. Cage is missing the door bars. Radio isn't attached to anything. A pillar pod is a speed of sound but one of the clips is broken so it isn't really attached.
AEM wideband on the steering column, but it doesn't read correctly. Cage looks installed decently. Drivers side seat (corbeau) isn't in great shape anymore. The front cup holder had a nitrous switch panel in it.

Mods from what I can tell -
    Whipple 2.3
    SCT big air MAF
    Aftermarket coolant expansion tanks
    Catch can
Bbk longtubes, catted x pipe, magna flow catback.
    IRS looks stock.
    American muscle black Cobra wheels.
Had nitrous but no bottle, he pulled all of the wiring out already.
Kenne bell boost a spark, kenne bell boost a pump
Msd tach driver but no big tach. Has a shift light though.

Didn't drive it at all. Car is up on jackstands at the moment.
Not sure what clutch is in it but the pedal is rock hard. Steeda tri ax shifter.

Sounds rough. Difficult to find a pristine modified car at a reasonable price.

Yeah overall I'd say I'd probably give the car a 6-7/10. I guess he got the wideband working today, just needed a new sensor.

I will say even though my car is cleaner, I'm slightly jealous because this car probably makes 600+ wheel if it runs right.
I want to go fast. :(

Drove this car briefly last night. Seemingly runs pretty well. Hard to keep an eye on the road and the a/f gauge since it is on the steering column.

The shifter feels. Idk. Off. Sloppy or something. I think it has a tri ax but just doesn't feel right. Maybe I'm just not used to the t56 idk.
The clutch pedal is hard as a rock. Like to the point I wonder if the clutch cable is bad. Is it typical for these cars to have a crazy pedal pressure with an aftermarket clutch ?

Car pulls pretty good though. Doesn't spin as much as I was expecting from an IRS car, but I only punched it in 2nd and 3rd.

Don't know what clutch is in the car.
I have driven some aftermarket clutch cars but it just seems absurdly stiff to me. Like I almost can't get the pedal to the floor stiff

That doesn't seem right. Wonder if it is hanging up and getting ready to fail. Can you squirt some PB blaster inside the top of it and let gravity lube it?

Dunno, I didn't mess with it or crawl under and look at the cable at all. He looked at it today and said it has a BBK firewall adjuster and quadrant

That was what I told him, it feels like the cable is bad. I drove a foxbody with a bad cable and it felt similar, could barely move the pedal.
I think he may order a cable, not sure. I told him he needs to get a ford one. I got the OEM one from maximum motorsports when mine melted

Yup. The one maximum motorsports sells is a Ford cable.

It sure is. I went through the cable woes. It sucks. Drove to the track and it went bad on the way there one time.

Work of advice...Wrap it for extra insurance.

Yeah I put some exhaust wrap on mine. It broke on a massive hill and I had to jump the car started in gear to get it into a parking lot and had it towed home.

He told me last night he ordered a new cable.
