Do they make a manual transmission tough enough if Bob had another 4 cylinders?

Sure they do, they just are triple the buy in price. We will see soon enough, saving my pennies for the next upgrade.

I love pictures with air under the front wheels, especially if there parallel to the ground. My pic was taken before my Team Z anti roll bar. My question to myself has been, how much faster would my fox or any other car be if they were launching level like the pro stocks? Premise being, If your going up, your not going forward. Just Say'n.

I can change anti squat and instant center enough on mine that I can leave with little to no air, get them up there a couple of feet, or carry them about a foot for 30' ... mine is quicker faster where I have it now. It 60's constant, and will hook on a marginal track ... if I change it to leave flatter I've not seen it quicker or faster, and the 60' will bounce around more.

not saying that's true for everyone, but I have to hit mine a ton with only 140 cubic inches trying to move 2935#... that leads to wheel spin if it doesn't hook hard.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the automatic, but I know you and Ed are lost causes. Oldsmobile - like working with half the cylinders - isn't for everyone.

I seem to remember someone talking about it not being fun ... The stick keeps the fun ;) Your on your own with Oldsmobile, that has to be a treatment for that.

The win light not being on in my lane for 8 straight rounds was the not fun part. New car is fun. Like drag racing, there is no cure for the Olds sickness.

Valve springs deffinately needed freshened .... we got cut back to 1/8 th mile today so the 10.50 index got cut to 6.70 for 1/8th mile ... I couldn't get it to slow down and was 6.60 all day .... tried something that ended up going 1.35 60' by accident, lol.
