Yes airplane fuel 100ll has a small amount of lead in it. Just asked bc finleyville airport has it on tap and is easy to get but wasn't sure if that was an option for u. Last time I bought some was around 5 a gal

Thanks buddy. I appreciate the thought. A friend got me 10 gal of 100 low lead a long time ago - I think it was $5 a gallon even back then. I figure if racetracks don't sell it then there must be a reason guys pay more for the 100 unleaded or 110 leaded.

Troy - do you see any knock readings when you data log your GT on pump 93?

This morning I ran my GT to 0 miles to empty. I'm changing my oil now, then dumping in the 100 and datalogging. Hopefully the knock readings go away.

Nothing like a $100 DIY oil change...

I think these new 5.0 Mustangs keep adding timing till they detect knock. I’ve seen a stock untuned 5.0 gain like 10 wheel hp with just Torco.

Good news today. My knock had to be due to bad 93. With 100 in the tank I had a negative 2.95 knock reading which I believe is great. On the bad 93 I had a max knock reading of positive 3.95.

Tomorrow after the game I will put in some fresh 93 and re log. Then I might mix in some 100 and log again just to see how the knock sensor readings look.
