    RIP Hellcat

Went to dinner Thursday night. While I was gone microburst came through and dumped numerous inches of rain in less than two hours. Massive flash flooding in the area (and many areas) hellcat was underwater as was my install truck. Lots of damage and cleanup. Here's an aftermath shot. Was up to the dashboard. High water mark on garage door. Rear tire isn't even on the ground anymore. Floated onto the railroad tie that made it underneath.

Jeez I'm sorry to hear that. Glad you're ok. Where exactly did this happen? So many areas around Pgh prone to flash flooding. This weather absolutely blows. The ground is so saturated and new water has nowhere to go.

Damn, sorry to hear that Cam! Might be worth buying back from the insurance company and parting it out. Hope they give you what it's worth and you can get a new toy soon

Wow man, that is crazy! We have had a ton of rain this year. This was mother nature's way of saying you needed a new car, I guess.

At least you got some free national advertising when they decided to have a shootout at the car wash.

The car looks like it was outside when the area was flooded. Garage door picture was to show how high the water got.

Sorry to see that. A few friends of mine lost everything in their basements with this. One had 6' before he got it pumped out.

got my 1970 olds also. No flood insurance on that one. Luckily was up on jack stands so it helped some but still got over the seats. Changed oil, trans fluid, and drained half a tank of water out of the gas tank last night and got it fired up again. Fire saled it to a good friend of mine who helped revive it from dead and hes going to tear it all apart and get it right again. Just over it all now. Was literally days from moving all the ridgelineheating stuff that you see soaked and floating around here to my new building which is high and dry. Ive got great luck. This is a picture from the day after when it was receding. Was around 4' deep from the high water mark
