Last time out last season, My wife’s car ran a new best then fell over ... I thought it blew a head gasket and left it sit for the winter .... tore it apart and found it ate a valve pretty hard ....

Had all the parts except TTA head bolts... got it back together and running tonight ....

Just think, last of the SN95s qualify for Classic plates next year.

i added a couple of numbers to the VE table up top to start ... I don’t think those was inconel valves after all, I put a set I know is for sure in it.

How was it running before the valve issue?

thats the deal, I put a full 3” exhaust on the car and it picked up 5/10ths over its previous best and layed over on the big end (hurt) based on the MPH... I didn’t realize it was that choked with the exhaust that was on it ... going to retune once I get the new transmission in it and we will see.

if you look close it also took out both ground straps and a good bit of porcelain..

Picked up a better transmission for this car tonight ... my Capri cringed when I carried it near it, I swear it whimpered ....

came with small V8 bell, billet flex plate, and 8”Abruzzi converter. Too bad I can’t use any of that stuff. I think the Vert would like a 4600 stall (now 3400)

bob I have a 5200 stall was behind a 347 would that work not sure if its a pan or case fill converter its an fti

I have her 2.3 converter and bell ... cant use the V8 stuff

oh ok , that is right you had to run that adapter on the block to run the v8 clutch stuff

Yes, but the auto stuff doesn’t work the same way. If it did I would use this on hers
