The big upgrade for me is the new Black Magic clutch. Entering a whole new world with lots of adjustment, but lots of chance to get lost.
Custom billet flywheel to fit the 2.3 crank but 5.0 outer ... fully adjustable for base weight and counterweight
If your going to adjust the clutch you need data ... autometer Ultimate 3 data logging tach. Data logs RPM as well as drive shaft speed. The rest is billet mounting bracket and magnet collar ...
More maintenance than performance, but the rear brake hoses are starting to show their age. All new parts to refresh the SVO discs.

Don’t absolutely have to, the hole for the fork is big enough to fight counterweight in if needed. I am going to add a window on the bottom. Also need a hole somewhere to get the Allen wrench in to adjust base.
so instead of more rpm are we going to say more base pressure now ?

As of this writing, there are no more RPM ... we threw 2 increases at it at the “private” rental and it didn’t pick up. I’m working on getting a part that might help that. Well that plus I’m putting gear to it
Fun little project, 7” Rasberry Pi touch screen that will be my digital dash ... runs the full version of tuner studio so I can have the same gauge display as my laptop, run data logging, and actually do drive tuning if needed. Mainly going in for the gauge display. Poor guy racepack, lol
who carries those displays ? I might need one for the coupe
